▪ Proven record of developing people (shop floor through technical, to senior management) in thinking, systems, and tools in continuous improvement, enabling individuals to develop and improve processes through their own “hands-on” effort.

▪ Proven project leadership, executing, and supporting teams with cumulative savings in excess of $10,000,000. ▪ Certified Master Black Belt, developing and delivering curriculum related to both 6 Sigma and Lean Systems Thinking.
