It’s Not Easy To Tackle Transformation

Here we are with a jammed packed session with our guest Charles Nyzabeze. We discussed so many things which were thought provoking and resulted in many insightful topics. This episode has as focus the topic of transformation vs change. Charles discusses the recently announced $40 million investment awarded to CEMI by the Federal government to accelerate the development and commercialisation of innovative technologies to make the mining sector more productive and sustainable. This podcast aims to have open discussions on change and everything it includes. The success stories, the lessons learned, the requirements, the emotions, the leaders, the innovators, the adopters and the list goes on. We will listen, learn, discuss, debate, adapt and keep the change conversation moving forward with enriched conversations. The goal is to empower the audience to embrace change as well as remind everyone they are not alone. We will not always win however, we will not always lose.
